I've been a Realtor for eight years. It's not just a career for me-it's a passion. I was raised by a Realtor and a self-employed contractor, so you could say it's in my blood.
There are many reasons why I love being a Realtor; from the joy of helping a family find their new home, to the thrill of securing a cash-flowing property for an investor. I enjoy every aspect of the real estate transaction. Most importantly, I like helping clients begin to invest in their future. Real estate is one of the most effective means for the middle class to build wealth and I am committed to helping my clients find property that suits them both personally and financially- from their first property, to their fiftieth.
In addition to my professional experience, I've personally experienced many aspects of buying, selling and remodeling property. I know the process of laying out and budgeting for a kitchen remodel and I understand how a real estate transaction can be both exciting and emotionally taxing. My personal experiences insure my clients get a great deal of empathy and understanding through this complex process.
My prior career as a claims adjuster for an insurance company helped me hone my evaluation and negotiation skills, which I use daily on behalf of my clients.
